WORKING ENVIRONMENT ORGANISATION
According to Danish law it is the responsibility of the employer (management) - in collaboration with the employees - to ensure that the working conditions are safe and sound. HST's Working Environment Organisation (WEO) facilitates this collaboration and takes action on any relevant issue.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT GROUPS
The everyday practical work of HST's WEO, is organised in six Working Environment Groups, each consisting of one elected staff representative and one appointed management representative (scrool down to see Working Environment Groups at HST).
WORKING ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE / ARBEJDSMILJØUDVALGET (AMIU)
Half of HST's working environment representatives are also members of HST's Working Environment Committee, WEC. Every year, the HST WEC performs a workplace assessment, "APV" to identify challenges related to the physical and psychological working environment.
HST's WEC is part of Aalborg University's Working Environment Organisation (WEO) (in Danish).
