HST’s cooperation committee deals with relevant topics relating to working and staff conditions. Management and staff cooperate on the implementation of strategies and goals of the department. The purpose of HST’s cooperation committee is to facilitate and encourage constructive cooperation across the department based on trust and dialogue. Based on current challenges, requirements and circumstances the committee engages in various subjects relevant for HST as our workplace and for its future.
The co-operation committees for the main areas and the departments may enter into local agreements within the framework of the staff policy and underlying agreements made by the main co-operation committee (HSU) on behalf of the entire university.
Academic staff members of the committee are allocated 25 hours per semester.
